
Hanno chiesto prima di arrivare qui di imparare a cucinare qualche piatto tipico abruzzese e la "Papera Magra" ha accettato.


A Sally, Andy, Roxane and Clara abbiamo offerto un aperitivo con Aperol e Prosecco con una fettina di limone e zucchero di canna al bordo del bicchiere.
Poi abbiamo iniziato a cucinare i due piatti scelti su misura per loro, per far si che possano cucinare la stessa ricetta anche in Inghilterra:

Do you know "contrada Decontra"? it's just closed Caramanico...you don't know Caramanico? it's just closer to Pescara.... where is Pescara? It's just in front of the Adriatic sea in Abruzzo region, in the middle of Italy.
This evening we had a wonderful cooking meeting with Sally's family.
We met them in the house where they are spending lovely vacation timing in Abruzzo, in contrada Decontra:
We were asked to offer them cooking lessons, we instead preferred to cook with them and prepare together their dinner! Following a classic "aperitivo" with parmesan cookies and muffins, we started preparing menu:

We spent more than one hour and half in a fantastic and relaxing atmosphere, Sally, Andy, Roxane and Clara are very simple persons and time run very fast.
